In a world overflowing with pristine, perfectly tuned piano libraries, Atelier Series: Memories Piano deliberately takes the road less traveled. Instead of chasing flawlessness, we chose to preserve character — capturing the intimate, emotional soul of untuned, aged pianos that tell a story with every note ✨.

This library was anything but easy to create. From unpredictable hammer action—often requiring 50+ takes per note—to carefully selecting the most musical ranges and applying tasteful, selective noise reduction, every detail was approached with patience and intent. The result is a piano collection that feels human, fragile, and deeply expressive 🎼.

Crucially, all of the aged intra-note tuning was left completely intact, preserving the natural inconsistencies that give these instruments their charm. Each note’s pitch and velocity was then centered by ear in Kontakt, ensuring musical usability without sacrificing authenticity.
