6.4 USER RACKS
The REAKTOR 6.4 update opens up the virtual modular ecosystem to the NI Community, with User Blocks now patchable in Racks.
- Blocks from the User Library can now be configured for use in Racks mode, allowing front panel Patch’n’Play functionality and easy saving of your patches.
- User Blocks located in the User Block directory are accessible directly in the Library tab of the REAKTOR Browser and can be found using the search box in a Rack.
- The Jam Sequencer is introduced to the User Library, for Euclidean polyrhythms inside your virtual modular synthesizer.
- Both the MASCHINE Sequencer and Niji Drums modules have also been updated to be compatible with Racks and front-panel patching.

6.3 BETTER BLOCKS
The REAKTOR 6.3 update featured Patch’n’Play functionality, allowing front panel patching to completely overhaul the experience of virtual modular synthesis, as well as introducing BLOCKS BASE and BLOCKS PRIMES and bringing leading instrument makers including Unfiltered Audio, Holonic Systems, Toy Box and ACL into the Blocks ecosystem.
6.2 NEW PARTNERS FOR REAKTOR
REAKTOR 6.2 introduced third-party instruments for REAKTOR and REAKTOR Player. Twisted Tools, Tim Exile, Heavyocity, Blinksonic, and Tonsturm were the first wave of partners.
6.1 EASY SYNC WITH ABLETON LINK
Whether used as an instrument or hardware control device, standalone REAKTOR 6.1 with Link offers hassle-free timing sync with one or more devices and apps, including MASCHINE, TRAKTOR, iOS apps, and Ableton Live.
6.0 POWER DEVELOPER FEATURES
Primary and Core Macro libraries are refined for ease of use with new categories and intuitive folder structure. Workflows are now more efficient thanks to a modernized interface, improved structure editing, and a revised property and navigation. Plus, new features like Table Framework, Bundles, and Scoped Buses unlock a new level of power for REAKTOR builders.
